Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Tutu Super Productivity Workspace collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites, desktop software products, accounts, payments, licenses, downloads, documentation, support, and optional cloud or AI-assisted features. The actual data processed by each product depends on the features you use.

1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the products, we may process email addresses, verification-code status, login tokens, order numbers, payment status, credit records, invitation relationships, license and activation information, device hardware identifiers or hashes used for authorization, system and hardware information, usage logs, diagnostic data, support messages, and the files, media frames, prompts, task parameters, metadata, and generated outputs you actively submit to AI, cloud processing, or publishing-assistance features.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide products, login and account features, process payments, manage licenses, subscriptions, and usage credits, deliver cloud or AI-assisted features, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, provide support, maintain service security, improve product reliability, keep necessary records, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Local data and configuration

Many desktop products store project data, images, videos, thumbnails, databases, model paths, logs, caches, and configuration in the local user data directory. Third-party API keys, model addresses, proxy addresses, model paths, and custom provider information that you configure may also be stored in local configuration or databases. Some modules locally encrypt keys, while some modules may store them in local database fields. You should protect your computer, system account, disk, backup files, and exported configuration files, and avoid sending files containing keys or sensitive data to others.

4. Cloud, AI, and international processing

When you use default AI, cloud AI, payment, authorization, AI Lab synchronization, statistics, video publishing autocomplete, or similar networked features, necessary related data may communicate with our servers, payment service providers, AI Gateway, upstream AI services, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Because the products are offered to users worldwide, servers, model services, payment services, diagnostic services, or other technical services may be located in different countries or regions, and the relevant information may not be processed only in your own country or region.

5. Third-party services and platforms

If you use your own API key, third-party models, local models, third-party platform accounts, video platform publishing, or external content analysis features, the relevant service provider or platform may also process information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may share necessary information with service providers that help us operate the products, including hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, customer support, security, and AI processing providers. We may also disclose necessary information if required by law, to protect users, handle disputes, or prevent abuse.

6. Payment and refund information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or a merchant of record. We do not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may collect information needed to process payments, prevent fraud, calculate taxes, handle refunds, and resolve order disputes. For refunds or abnormal order handling, we may ask you to provide the order number, payment proof, account email, device information, screenshots, logs, and other necessary materials.

7. Data retention

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide products, maintain transaction and authorization records, resolve disputes, handle security and anti-abuse issues, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type. Deleting local projects or configuration usually affects only local data; cloud account, credit, authorization, order, and statistics records may require verified handling through support.

8. Your choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, authorization, financial record, dispute-handling, or anti-abuse reasons. You may also delete relevant local data through product features or manually from the local user data directory, but you should back up important files before deletion.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials, devices, API keys, local databases, backup files, and exported configuration safe.

10. Children's privacy

Our products are mainly intended for professional users with full legal capacity. Minors should use the products only with the consent and guidance of a guardian and must not process content inappropriate for minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes and contact

We may modify this Privacy Policy based on functional changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be prompted through the website, software pages, update notes, or other reasonable means. If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, contact us at bigpox12@gmail.com or through the QQ contact channel shown on the website.
