Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tutu Super Productivity Workspace, our websites, desktop software products, downloads, licenses, subscriptions, usage credits, documentation, support, and optional cloud or AI-assisted features. If a specific product, checkout page, open-source repository, or in-app agreement provides more specific terms, those specific terms apply to that product or transaction.
1. Products and services
We provide multiple creator productivity tools, including image and video annotation tools, model training workflow tools, video publishing tools, open-source utilities, and related software services. Different products may have different features, prices, license models, hardware requirements, free scopes, paid features, network requirements, credit usage, and third-party dependencies.
2. Accounts and security
If a product supports accounts, email verification codes, passwords, invitation codes, or login tokens, you must keep your registration information truthful and valid and properly safeguard your account, password, verification codes, login tokens, and devices. Losses caused by voluntary disclosure, account sharing, weak passwords, or use in insecure environments are your responsibility. If you discover account theft, abnormal charges, or abnormal login activity, contact us promptly.
3. Licenses, subscriptions, trials, and device rights
Some paid products may use account rights, credit rights, subscriptions, activation codes, trial rights, or device authorization. Where a product uses device authorization, the authorization may be tied to the device hardware identifier at the time of first activation, trial, redemption, purchase, or authorization recognition. Unless the relevant product states otherwise, one device authorization generally corresponds to one device only and does not support self-service unbinding, migration, transfer, rebinding, or sharing across multiple devices. Replacing the motherboard, CPU, system disk, Windows system identifier, motherboard UUID, or otherwise changing the hardware fingerprint may cause the original device authorization to stop being recognized. We will try to assist with verification, but we do not promise that original hardware rights can always be restored, migrated, or continued.
4. Credits, payment, and billing
Prices, billing cycles, included usage, bonus rules, and deduction rules are shown in the relevant product, purchase page, task page, transaction record, or checkout page. Usage credits are for use within supported Tutu products only, are not cash, and are not transferable unless we state otherwise. Where a product has both hardware rights and credits, they are separate rights. If hardware rights expire, are canceled, or are not valid on the current device, protected features may be unavailable even if the account still has unused credits.
5. User content and ownership
Images, videos, subtitles, prompts, annotations, project files, and exported materials that you import, upload, process, or generate generally belong to you or the original rights holder. We do not acquire ownership merely because you use our products. You must ensure that you have the right to process the relevant content and are responsible for issues involving copyright, portrait rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, platform rules, or training data sources.
6. Acceptable use and content boundaries
You may not use our products to upload, process, annotate, generate, edit, publish, export, or distribute unlawful or non-compliant content, sexually explicit content, minor-related sexual content, extreme violence, hate or discrimination, fraud, infringement, privacy leakage, malicious impersonation, safety bypasses, network security harms, platform rule violations, or content that harms others' lawful rights and interests. You may not use the products to generate misleading deep synthetic content, forge identity or evidence, induce others to misjudge real events, or evade legally required markings, explanations, or disclosure obligations.
7. Platform content and third-party rules
When you use video publishing, online content analysis, material downloading, element processing, repair, cropping, subtitle, cover generation, or similar features, you may only process content that you legally own or are authorized to use. You may not remove others' copyright watermarks, platform marks, attribution, copyright management information, payment restrictions, access controls, or other rights statements. When using features related to YouTube, Bilibili, Douyin, TikTok, WeChat Channels, or other third-party platforms, you must also comply with the relevant platform terms and content rules.
8. AI-assisted features and third-party services
AI-generated descriptions, prompts, subtitles, copy, images, repair results, upscaling results, analysis results, or publishing suggestions may contain errors, omissions, bias, hallucinations, inaccuracies, repetition, copyright risks, or results that do not meet your expectations. AI output is only an auxiliary result and does not constitute legal, commercial, medical, financial, or other professional advice. When you use default AI, cloud AI, or autocomplete capabilities, the necessary content you submit may be sent to our servers or upstream AI service providers. When using your own API key, third-party service, or local model, you must comply with the corresponding service terms, content policies, fee rules, rate limits, cross-border data rules, and privacy policies.
9. Local data, backup, and migration
Many desktop products store project data, original materials, exported files, databases, model paths, logs, caches, and configuration in a local user data directory. You should back up important projects, materials, model files, and configuration yourself. Software updates, migrations, cache cleanup, batch processing, project deletion, or material deletion may change local file structures or remove some runtime data.
10. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Virtual rights, digital services, consumed credits, and effective authorization have the nature of immediate delivery or consumption. Some payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment service provider, and their checkout and refund rules may also apply.
11. Intellectual property and license restrictions
The product, website, software, interface, code, documentation, icons, names, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights and only grant you a limited right to use the product under the relevant product authorization, open-source license, or purchased plan. Without authorization, you may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, crack, bypass authorization, remove copyright notices, modify authorization logic, or share, resell, rent, or transfer activation codes, account rights, subscription rights, or device authorization.
12. Service changes and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to fix issues, improve products, maintain security, comply with law, adjust model support, optimize billing rules, modify agreements, or respond to provider availability. Some features may depend on the network, GPU, drivers, runtimes, local models, third-party APIs, server status, or platform rules. We will try to keep services stable, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully meet your specific needs.
13. Violation handling
If you violate these Terms, a specific product agreement, laws and regulations, third-party platform rules, or content safety requirements, we may take measures according to the severity of the violation, including warnings, task termination, feature restrictions, service suspension, account freezing, device-right disabling, account bans, refund refusal, retention of necessary records, and reporting to relevant platforms or competent authorities.
14. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding AI output quality, third-party service availability, model effects, content compliance results, training benefits, commercial benefits, platform review pass rates, or suitability for a particular purpose. Except as otherwise required by law, we shall not be liable beyond the amount you actually paid for the disputed service for data loss, business interruption, economic loss, third-party claims, platform penalties, or other indirect losses caused by your use of or inability to use the products.
15. Contact
