These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Tutu Super Productivity Workspace, our websites, desktop software products, downloads, licenses, subscriptions, usage credits, documentation, support, and optional cloud-assisted features.

1. Products and services

We provide multiple creator productivity tools, including image and video annotation tools, model training workflow tools, video publishing tools, open-source utilities, and related software services. We may sell software licenses, subscriptions, and usage credits for optional cloud-assisted productivity features. Some features may rely on third-party infrastructure or AI service providers. Feature availability may vary by product, region, plan, and technical requirements.

2. Account and eligibility

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. You must not use the product if doing so would violate laws, regulations, third-party terms, or export control restrictions that apply to you.

3. Acceptable use

You may only process content that you own, created, or are legally authorized to use. You must not use the product to infringe intellectual property rights, remove rights-management information from third-party content, impersonate others, create unlawful content, or violate any platform rules that apply to your content.

4. User content

You retain ownership of the files, prompts, outputs, and other content you provide to the product. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the product, provide requested features, process support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

5. AI-assisted features

AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. We may route requests through different service providers depending on region, availability, performance, and compliance requirements.

6. Payments and credits

Prices, billing cycles, and included usage are shown at checkout or in the relevant product. Usage credits are for use within supported Tutu products only, are not cash, and are not transferable unless we state otherwise. We may change pricing for future purchases or renewals with reasonable notice where required.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Some payments may be processed by a merchant of record or payment service provider, and their checkout terms may also apply.

8. Intellectual property

The product, website, software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights except for the limited right to use the product under your purchased plan or license.

9. Service changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the product, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to provider availability. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption to paid users.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The product is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free outputs, or suitability for every workflow. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
